RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

You can return your purchase made on our online store within 15 days from the date of package receipt and request a refund within 8 days from the date of package receipt.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

• If the items have been damaged due to misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, sharp objects, etc.).
• If the garment shows any signs of use, odors, sweat, makeup, etc.
• Due to improper washing or washing that differs from the garment's requirements. For example, soaking a garment that undergoes a dyeing process, washing in hot water for two-tone garments, etc.

Please note: The lifespan of any MACONDIA item depends on how it is used. We will not replace products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable product lifespan.

If you need to make an exchange or return, simply contact us using the following methods:

Please remember that if you are requesting an exchange, the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. However, if it's a return, Macondia will cover the shipping costs.
