Shipping & Returns
Macondia ships internationally with the assistance of DHL. Please note that we will not accept or process international returns (except for specific exceptions such as sizing issues), so please place your order carefully.
When making a purchase, ensure that all shipping information is correct. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
If an out-of-stock item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.
As part of our environmental responsibility, your invoice will be sent to the email address registered during purchase.
Shipping and Processing Times:
All international shipments are sent from our warehouse in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, through DHL.
- Delivery time: 1 to 10 business days after processing
- Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Regular orders (with available stock) are prepared the next business day
- Special order products may take 5-7 business days to produce
Shipping Costs:
- Free shipping for purchases over $200 USD
- For purchases under $200 USD, a flat rate of $20 USD will be charged for international shipping
Final Sale Policy:
All items in international orders are final sale. We do not accept exchanges or returns, except for specific exceptions such as sizing issues. If you need to make a size exchange, contact us at logistica@macondia.com.co or by WhatsApp at +1 (754) 302-2797.
Duties and Taxes:
Prices shown in our online store do not include taxes or import duties. We ship all items delivered duty unpaid (DDU). The customer is responsible for taxes and duties in their destination country.
Important for shipments to the USA: All products shipped to the United States are subject to a 16% duty plus an additional 10% reciprocal duty.
