SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Colombia. While orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can return your purchase made on our online store within 15 days from the date of package receipt and request a refund within 8 days from the date of package receipt.

Remember that if you are requesting an exchange, the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. However, if it's a return, Macondia will cover the shipping costs.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

• If the items have been damaged due to misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, sharp objects, etc.).
• If the garment shows any signs of use, odors, sweat, makeup, etc.
• Due to improper washing, or washing that differs from the garment's requirements. For example, soaking a garment that undergoes a dyeing process, washing in hot water for two-tone garments, etc.

Please note: The lifespan of any MACONDIA item depends on how it is used. We will not replace products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable product lifespan.
